I'm sick! I have one of them nasty summer time colds! And I lost my voice today! Wooooohoooooo......... no, not really! I want my voice back, and I want my throat to stop hurting! My throat is not only sore, but feels like someone took some sandpaper and just rubbed it on there for a while! Feels wonderful! (yah, right!)
I actually called in sick to work! I NEVER DO THAT! I called the store manager this morning and she agreed that I sound terrible and don't need to go in so early and I need a little bit of rest! I don't want to miss work, I hate missing work! BUT, man I'm sick! So, instead of working the entire 3:30-close shift, I will be going in around 8 (probably around 7:30) to do my month end inventory. And of course I have to get sick JUST BEFORE my vacation! WHAT? WHY? And it's gonna be one of those 3 week things that has to "run it's course", you know?
Anyway, I'm sick! I have a nasty cold! I feel terrible! I hate missing work! I shall chat again here soon!
